Introduction to Zood


Headquartered in Switzerland, ZOOD is a rapidly scaling fintech startup founded in 2018. Its operations span across silk-route countries, serving over 10 million users with a workforce of roughly 500–1,000 employees.


Initial Years


Back in 2014, Mr. Mrugesh Panchal had the opportunity to meet Mr. Michael Khoi, where they engaged in early discussions around the vision of this project. What began as an exchange of ideas soon evolved into a long-term collaboration, as they joined forces to shape and drive the development of the entire ZOOD ecosystem.

Consumer BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later): Users pay 25% upfront and the remaining 75% over the next three months, interest-free.

ZOOD Ship (E-Logistics & Fulfilment)


End-to-end logistics services covering warehousing, packing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.

ZOOD Tech (BNPL-as-a-Service Platform)


Built in partnership with Mastercard, this is a cloud-native BNPL technology platform enabling instant deployment and white-label adoption:
